When you feed them that is the time when they bond with you. Then there are some birds which should not be kept alone as they require company of the same species. Birds like budgerigars should have friends and exercise, therefore they require company and space around them. Some birds can also copy human voices are thus fascinating pets. So if you are someone who wishes to keep a pet but cannot take it out for a walk, consider a bird.

Other popular pets are reptiles such as snakes, turtles, scorpions, spiders, lizards, hermit crabs, salamanders, and frogs. These animals are a little extraordinary as in not everyone will be comfortable keeping them as pets but those who do, are really crazy about them. Reptiles need much less attention than any other regular pet and can be accommodated in less space. However, if you intend to buy one, be sure to feed them on time and take care of their other needs as well.

Fishes are other beautiful pets and can be accommodated easily in your home. You can get an aquarium to house the fishes and make sure to keep it clean at all times. If the aquarium is not cleaned regularly, fishes tend to die very fast. They should be fed properly and you should avoid overfeeding. Make sure the aquarium is away from direct sunlight as fishes don’t like too much sunlight.
